PRODUCT ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance by Waggon Store LLC. We reserve the right to cancel any order, whether or not it has been confirmed, without liability. If your credit card has been charged for an order we cancel, we will refund you promptly.

 

ERRORS & INACCURACIES

While we strive for accuracy, this site may contain errors or omissions, including pricing or availability. We reserve the right to correct such errors, even after an order has been placed, without prior notice.

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Preorder Cancellations

You can cancel your preorder at any time before your Waggon ships for a full refund of the product price.

Shipping fees are not refundable once charged.

To request a cancellation, email sales@waggonstore.com with your order number.

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.

Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense to Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

We will repair, replace, or refund your purchase at no cost to you.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method, excluding any shipping charges.

Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return for the refund to appear on your account.

How to Start a Return

1. Email sales@waggonstore.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will send return instructions and the return address.

3. Ship your item back using a trackable shipping method.
