Waggon Store Return & Refund Policy

Preorder Cancellations

We understand plans change. You can cancel your preorder at any time before your Waggon ships for a full refund of the product price.

To request a cancellation, email sales@waggonstore.com with your order number.



14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your Waggon: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense to Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Waggon arrives damaged or defective: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.We will repair, replace, or refund your purchase at no cost to you.

 

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method, excluding any shipping charges. Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return for the refund to appear on your account.

 

How to Start a Return

1. Email sales@waggonstore.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will send return instructions and the return address.

3. Ship your item back using a trackable shipping method.
